急速充電搭載と聞いていますが、充電速度が遅いように感じます。故障でしょうか。

Specifications

Quick Charge 2.0や3.0に対応していない機器やケーブルで充電した場合は急速充電されません。Quick Charge 2.0または3.0で急速充電するためには、Quick Charge 対応のケーブルと充電器またはモバイルバッテリーを用意する必要があります。「NuAns NEO [Reloaded]」「Quick Charge 対応ケーブル」「Quick Charge 2.0および3.0対応充電器またはモバイルバッテリー」の組み合わせでのみ急速充電が可能になります。
